The continental breakfast exceeded my expectations. The pool and hot tub are very nice. It's cool having them in the middle of all the rooms!
However, the beds were terrible! It was like sleeping on a slab of granit. Also their equipment is very out dated. The tv didn't work so they had to move us to a different room. The bathroom could have been cleaner too.
The staff was pretty friendly.
When I got to the hotel, they informed me they didn't have anymore double queen rooms so they gave me the double double room, which was fine but no adjustment in price. Then we got to the room and the facilities were dingy. And I could have handled that, but there was dirt and debris on the floor and in the bed. Not to mention, the matresses were exposed and stained. It was super gross! Ok had I paid $49.99/ night, but not acceptable for $99.00/night. I would have complained but we had been driving all day so I just dealt with it. However, it was bad enough that I wouldn't stay there again!
Great pool area with hot tub - grandson had a blast and there was lots of room for watching
Staff was very helpful and room was clean and good sized
No wi-fi in room
Price in Gaylord area
Bathtubs were in poor condition and faucet leaked. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable.
the location was convenient. The Atrium area was pleasant.
The decor of the room was very 'dated'. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. My neice and I both woke with sore necks. The water pressure in the shower was very low and the bathtub needs updating.
Location near expressway and dining. Good value. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool & recreation area good for families. Staff unusually friendly.
right off the freeway, and the fact of having a lounge and restaurant attached was a plus!!
As silly as it sounds.... the library on the juke box. Maybe update the juke box.
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The gentleman at that front desk was not pleasant at all. The hotel stunk. The bed was like sleeping on concrete slabs. There was very little water pressure in the shower and the towels were like drying off with sand paper. I will never stay there again.
dirty room, old/leaky bathroom fixtures, worn out pillows/linens, old tv with non-working remote, free breakfast that was bland.
Easy to reach from freeway - virtually adjacent...
Bathtub stopper wouldn't close - unable to soak tired body...
The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very helpful.
Some of the ice machines were out of order as well as the dryer.
excellent staff good breakfast great pool for kids Quiet and comfortable
could use updates..bathroom fixtures etc
I like choosing this hotel over the one next to Big Buck Brewery, for one reason and that is the hot tub. to bad hot tub was bath water warm.
Hot tub was not hot
